Dunmere Technologies Ltd is looking for someone to join the team as Data Analyst. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Leicester and offers the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the position.
The role will involve using technology and digital systems to solve problems, support users or improve products and services. You will work with colleagues to deliver reliable, practical solutions and maintain a high standard of quality.
They are looking for someone dependable, organised and willing to take responsibility for their work. Strong communication, a positive attitude and either relevant experience or good transferable skills will be valued.
What you will do
- Turn business data into clear reports and insights that support better commercial decisions.
- Use relevant software, systems and technical tools to complete day-to-day work and solve problems.
- Prioritise tasks, keep relevant information up to date and follow through on agreed actions.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, clients or other stakeholders as required.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards and any relevant health, safety or confidentiality requirements.
What we are looking for
- Relevant experience or strong transferable skills suitable for a Data Analyst position.
- Confident using digital tools and comfortable troubleshooting or learning new systems.
- Able to manage your own workload, meet deadlines and ask for support when needed.
- Professional and reliable, with a positive approach to working with other people.
- Willing to learn the company systems, processes and standards required for the role.
It would be helpful if you also have
- Previous experience in technology or a similar working environment.
- Experience using relevant workplace systems, software or tools.
- A proactive approach to improving processes, service or day-to-day ways of working.
