Rivcrest Services Ltd is looking for someone to join the team as Client Services Executive. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Leicester and offers the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the position.
The role will involve helping customers with questions, requests or problems while providing a clear and professional service. You will need to listen carefully, explain solutions clearly and keep accurate records of each interaction.
They are looking for someone dependable, organised and willing to take responsibility for their work. Strong communication, a positive attitude and either relevant experience or good transferable skills will be valued.
What you will do
- Act as a main contact for clients and ensure requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Respond to customer enquiries clearly, professionally and within a reasonable timeframe.
- Prioritise tasks, keep relevant information up to date and follow through on agreed actions.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, clients or other stakeholders as required.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards and any relevant health, safety or confidentiality requirements.

- Relevant experience or strong transferable skills suitable for a Client Services Executive position.
- A calm, helpful communication style and the ability to resolve enquiries professionally.
- Able to manage your own workload, meet deadlines and ask for support when needed.

It would be helpful if you also have
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar working environment.
