Rivcrest Finance Ltd is looking for someone to join the team as Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Leicester and offers the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the position.
The role will involve working accurately with financial information, records and processes. Attention to detail, confidentiality and the ability to meet deadlines will be important in supporting the wider finance function.
They are looking for someone dependable, organised and willing to take responsibility for their work. Strong communication, a positive attitude and either relevant experience or good transferable skills will be valued.
What you will do
- Process supplier invoices accurately and resolve payment or account queries.
- Process and review financial information accurately and in line with agreed procedures.
- Prioritise tasks, keep relevant information up to date and follow through on agreed actions.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, clients or other stakeholders as required.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards and any relevant health, safety or confidentiality requirements.
