Harwell Media Ltd is looking for someone to join the team as Communications Executive. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Leicester and offers the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the position.
The role will involve helping plan, create or deliver marketing activity that reaches the right audience. You will work with colleagues to keep campaigns organised, accurate and focused on measurable outcomes.
They are looking for someone dependable, organised and willing to take responsibility for their work. Strong communication, a positive attitude and either relevant experience or good transferable skills will be valued.
What you will do
- Create internal and external communications that keep audiences informed and engaged.
- Support campaigns, content or marketing activity from planning through to delivery.
- Prioritise tasks, keep relevant information up to date and follow through on agreed actions.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, clients or other stakeholders as required.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards and any relevant health, safety or confidentiality requirements.
What we are looking for
- Relevant experience or strong transferable skills suitable for a Communications Executive position.
- Good written communication, organisation and an interest in customer or audience engagement.
- Able to manage your own workload, meet deadlines and ask for support when needed.
- Professional and reliable, with a positive approach to working with other people.
- Willing to learn the company systems, processes and standards required for the role.
It would be helpful if you also have
- Previous experience in marketing or a similar working environment.
- Experience using relevant workplace systems, software or tools.
- A proactive approach to improving processes, service or day-to-day ways of working.
