Brimbridge Manufacturing Ltd is looking for someone to join the team as Packing Operative. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Leicester and offers the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the position.

The role will involve supporting safe and efficient production, quality or operational activity. You will follow established processes, work accurately and contribute to meeting output and quality standards.

They are looking for someone dependable, organised and willing to take responsibility for their work. Strong communication, a positive attitude and either relevant experience or good transferable skills will be valued.

What you will do

  • Pack finished goods accurately and prepare them for storage or dispatch.
  • Follow production or operational processes carefully and support consistent quality.
  • Prioritise tasks, keep relevant information up to date and follow through on agreed actions.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, clients or other stakeholders as required.
  • Follow company procedures, quality standards and any relevant health, safety or confidentiality requirements.

What we are looking for

  • Relevant experience or strong transferable skills suitable for a Packing Operative position.
  • A reliable, safety-conscious approach and the ability to follow clear processes accurately.
  • Able to manage your own workload, meet deadlines and ask for support when needed.
  • Professional and reliable, with a positive approach to working with other people.
  • Willing to learn the company systems, processes and standards required for the role.

It would be helpful if you also have

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar working environment.
  • Experience using relevant workplace systems, software or tools.
  • A proactive approach to improving processes, service or day-to-day ways of working.
