Glenford Energy Ltd is looking for someone to join the team as Energy Partnerships Executive. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Leicester and offers the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the position.
The role will involve building relationships, following up opportunities and helping the business grow. You will be expected to communicate confidently, stay organised and provide a professional experience to customers, clients or candidates.
They are looking for someone dependable, organised and willing to take responsibility for their work. Strong communication, a positive attitude and either relevant experience or good transferable skills will be valued.
What you will do
- Develop relationships with commercial partners that generate customer and revenue opportunities.
- Manage enquiries, follow-ups and opportunities while building positive working relationships.
- Prioritise tasks, keep relevant information up to date and follow through on agreed actions.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, clients or other stakeholders as required.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards and any relevant health, safety or confidentiality requirements.

- Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport and handle follow-up professionally.
- Able to manage your own workload, meet deadlines and ask for support when needed.

It would be helpful if you also have
- Previous experience in sales or a similar working environment.
