Glenford Legal Ltd is looking for someone to join the team as Legal Receptionist. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Leicester and offers the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the position.
The role will involve supporting legal or compliance-related work with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality and professional communication. You will help maintain organised records and follow the appropriate processes for the team.
They are looking for someone dependable, organised and willing to take responsibility for their work. Strong communication, a positive attitude and either relevant experience or good transferable skills will be valued.
What you will do
- Welcome clients, manage calls and provide professional front-of-office support.
- Prepare, check and organise information carefully while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prioritise tasks, keep relevant information up to date and follow through on agreed actions.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, clients or other stakeholders as required.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards and any relevant health, safety or confidentiality requirements.

- Strong attention to detail and a professional approach to sensitive or confidential information.
- Able to manage your own workload, meet deadlines and ask for support when needed.

It would be helpful if you also have
- Previous experience in legal or a similar working environment.
