Recruit healthcare workers and manage staffing requirements for care clients.

Marnvale Talent Ltd is looking for someone to join the team as Healthcare Recruitment Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Leicester and offers the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the position.

The role will involve building relationships, following up opportunities and helping the business grow. You will be expected to communicate confidently, stay organised and provide a professional experience to customers, clients or candidates.

They are looking for someone dependable, organised and willing to take responsibility for their work. Strong communication, a positive attitude and either relevant experience or good transferable skills will be valued.

What you will do

  • Recruit healthcare workers and manage staffing requirements for care clients.
  • Manage enquiries, follow-ups and opportunities while building positive working relationships.
  • Prioritise tasks, keep relevant information up to date and follow through on agreed actions.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, clients or other stakeholders as required.
  • Follow company procedures, quality standards and any relevant health, safety or confidentiality requirements.

What we are looking for

  • Relevant experience or strong transferable skills suitable for a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant position.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport and handle follow-up professionally.
  • Able to manage your own workload, meet deadlines and ask for support when needed.
  • Professional and reliable, with a positive approach to working with other people.
  • Willing to learn the company systems, processes and standards required for the role.

It would be helpful if you also have

  • Previous experience in sales or a similar working environment.
  • Experience using relevant workplace systems, software or tools.
  • A proactive approach to improving processes, service or day-to-day ways of working.
