About the role
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to keep production equipment running reliably.
Pencroft Engineering Ltd is looking for someone to join the team as Maintenance Engineer. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Leicester and offers the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the position.
The role will involve practical and technical problem-solving, working to agreed specifications and supporting safe, reliable operations. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain quality and resolve issues efficiently.
They are looking for someone dependable, organised and willing to take responsibility for their work. Strong communication, a positive attitude and either relevant experience or good transferable skills will be valued.

- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to keep production equipment running reliably.

- Follow company procedures, quality standards and any relevant health, safety or confidentiality requirements.
