About the role
Pack finished goods accurately and prepare them for storage or dispatch.
Brimbridge Manufacturing Ltd is looking for someone to join the team as Packing Operative. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Leicester and offers the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the position.
The role will involve supporting safe and efficient production, quality or operational activity. You will follow established processes, work accurately and contribute to meeting output and quality standards.
They are looking for someone dependable, organised and willing to take responsibility for their work. Strong communication, a positive attitude and either relevant experience or good transferable skills will be valued.

- Pack finished goods accurately and prepare them for storage or dispatch.
- Follow production or operational processes carefully and support consistent quality.

- Follow company procedures, quality standards and any relevant health, safety or confidentiality requirements.
