Open employer tools →Reset a password, change account details, manage visibility or contact JobLocate about an account problem.
Contact support →Open a live vacancy, select Apply and sign in with a candidate account. Review the CV and information being sent, answer any required employer questions and submit the application.
Sign in and open Applicationsin your account. Status changes made through JobLocate will appear there.
Open CV & Resume in a candidate account. You can upload an accepted document or build structured CV information directly on JobLocate.
Open My Profile or Account Settings and enable public visibility. Review the information carefully before making the profile public. Uploaded CV files and application answers are not intended to appear publicly.
Sign in, switch to Employer mode and open Post a Job. Complete the role, location, pay, description and application settings before publishing.
Employers can see information shared through an application to their vacancy and information a candidate has deliberately made public. Private CV files are not intended to be generally searchable.
Use Reset password for an email-and-password account. For Google sign-in, use the same Google account originally connected. Send a message through the Contact page if access still fails.
Do not send money, passwords or identity documents. Save the relevant details and use the Contact page to report the account, vacancy or message to JobLocate.
Send the support team the email connected to your account, the page or vacancy involved and a clear description of what happened.
